Advertising & Analytics Partners We use advertising and analytics partners, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, to help us measure ad performance, attribute conversions, understand how people interact with our Site, create audiences, retarget visitors, and deliver more relevant advertising. Depending on how you interact with our Site and the tools we use, we may disclose or make available information such as identifiers and contact information (for example, email address, phone number, IP address, cookie IDs, and similar identifiers), device and browser information, Site usage information, page views, clicks, cart and checkout activity, purchase activity, and other conversion events.

We may use tools such as the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads tags or similar Google advertising tools, Pinterest Tag, TikTok Pixel, TikTok Advanced Matching, and related technologies for these purposes. Some privacy laws may treat this type of disclosure as “sharing,” “selling,” or targeted advertising. You may opt out as described in Section 14.

Business Transfers If we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, your information may be included in the transaction.

Legal & Safety We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Tank Air, our users, or others.

Aggregated or De-Identified Data We may use and disclose aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, reporting, and business purposes, provided it does not identify you.

5. SMS/Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional texts. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase.

For example, we may use TikTok Advanced Matching and similar features offered by other partners, subject to your settings and applicable law.

However, we may disclose or make available certain personal information to advertising and analytics partners, including Meta, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok, for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, measurement, attribution, audience creation, and campaign optimization. Depending on applicable law, this may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising.

Categories of personal information involved may include identifiers and contact information (such as name, email address, phone number, IP address, cookie IDs, and similar identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing activity and interactions with our Site), commercial information (such as purchase and order activity), approximate geolocation derived from IP address, and other information described in this Privacy Policy.

How to Exercise Rights: You may submit a privacy rights request by emailing info@tankair.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request.” If you want to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may also use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” link, if available, adjust your cookie preferences, or enable a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

Global Privacy Control: Where required by law, we treat recognized GPC signals as valid requests to opt out of applicable sale, sharing, or targeted advertising.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
