Business Transfers If we undergo a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer, your information may be included in the transaction.
Legal & Safety We may disclose information to comply with law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of Tank Air, our users, or others.

If you opt in to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive recurring marketing and transactional texts. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not required to purchase.

Categories of personal information involved may include identifiers and contact information (such as name, email address, phone number, IP address, cookie IDs, and similar identifiers), internet or other electronic network activity information (such as browsing activity and interactions with our Site), commercial information (such as purchase and order activity), approximate geolocation derived from IP address, and other information described in this Privacy Policy.
How to Exercise Rights: You may submit a privacy rights request by emailing info@tankair.com with the subject line “Privacy Rights Request.” If you want to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, you may also use our “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or “Your Privacy Choices” link, if available, adjust your cookie preferences, or enable a recognized Global Privacy Control signal. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
