All Tank Air orders are processed and shipped within 2 - 3 business days of order date. Orders are processed and shipped out Monday - Friday (excluding major holidays).
We charge a flat rate of $12 USD for all shipments within the US. All domestic orders under $500 USD are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $500 USD are shipped using UPS 3-Day Select and will require signature confirmation.
Delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not factor in any delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances i.e. severe weather, circumstances related to the courier itself, global pandemics, etc.
We charge a flat rate of $40 USD for all international shipments (excluding Canada). For shipments to Canada, we charge a flat rate of $30 USD. International shipments typically take 3-7 business days to arrive. You must include your phone number at checkout in order to prevent any shipment delays. This way if/when the courier needs to get in contact with you prior to delivery, they can do so swiftly. Tank Air is not responsible for abandoned packages if the courier cannot get in contact with you. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Tank Air is not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by circumstances related to the courier itself i.e. customs clearance delays. Tank Air is also not responsible for delays in shipping and delivery caused by uncontrollable circumstances i.e. severe weather, pandemics, natural disasters, etc. Shipment delays due to uncontrollable circumstances do not qualify for refunds.

Taxes & Duties on International Shipments
Customers are responsible for any duties or import fees. If you refuse a shipment from Tank Air, you are still responsible for your purchase and shipping charges. Unfortunately, you will not receive any refund as your payment for that purchase will go to the cost of returning the package to Tank Air as well as any import fees incurred.
Tank Air is not responsible for lost and/or stolen packages. If your package has been lost and/or stolen please contact your local USPS immediately and provide them with your tracking number. Pro Tip: We've found that the best and most effective thing to do in these situations is to ask your USPS Carrier - this is your postman/woman that delivers USPS packages to your building/house/residence daily - as they are the ones who deliver and scan each package and will most likely remember where the package was placed - or misplaced.
Important: Please understand that the quicker you reach out to your local USPS, the higher the chance that your package will be located. Please do not reach out to me before reaching out to USPS as I honestly won't be able to help the same way that USPS can.
For international customers please immediately contact DHL, if your package was shipped via DHL, or UPS if your package was shipped via UPS.
Tank Air reserves the right to cancel orders in which case a full refund will be issued.
