Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns of domestic orders within 7 days of delivery date. Returned items must be received within 14 days of request approval date. $10 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipping label ($5) and a restocking fee ($5). The $5 restocking fee is charged per item. So if you are returning 3 items from an order $20 usd will be deducted from your refund ($15 restocking fee + $5 shipping fee). Initial shipping charges are not refundable.
The items must be returned to Tank Air first before your refund can be issued. If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund.
Please take care when trying on garments, as we cannot accept garments with any visible signs of wear, such as deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfume smells, etc. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return standards and policy.
Exchanged items are shipped free of charge. A request for an exchange must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Once the exchange has been requested, a pre-paid return label will be e-mailed to you. Your new item(s) can only be shipped out once we receive your returned item(s). Before requesting for an exchange, please read over our standards for returns & exchanges below. At this time we can only offer free exchanges for domestic orders.
International Returns & Exchanges
We do not provide shipping labels for international returns and/or exchanges. For international customers that would like to return or exchange an item(s): you must cover your own return shipping costs and you are responsible for shipping the package out from your local post office. Initial shipping charges are not included in the refund. If you are returning items from an order that was eligible for free shipping, the initial shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund. Instructions for Returns & Exchanges
Step 1. E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, item(s) that you will be returning, and reason for return.
Step 2. A pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to you via email. Download and print it out.
Step 3. Securely pack item(s) using original Tank Air packaging.
Step 4. Remove old shipping label and replace with return shipping label.
Step 5. Drop off package to the nearest USPS location or schedule a free USPS pick up. (You can do this on the USPS website).
Standards for Returns & Exchanges
1. Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in the exact condition they were received.
2. No visible signs of wear including perfume, makeup stains, deodorant stains, etc.
3. Most of our pieces are very form fitting and scents can latch on easily (i.e. perfume, body odor). Please do a smell check on item(s) that you are sending back.
4. Items must not have been used, washed, altered or tailored in any manner.
5. Items must be returned in their original Tank Air packaging.
6. You have 7 days within receiving your items to request for a return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
All returns go through an inspection period, which can take up to 3 business days from the date that your package is delivered back to us. Once completed you will be notified on whether your return has been accepted or declined. If your return is accepted you will receive an email stating that your refund is being processed. Please keep in mind that it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to be reflected in your bank account.
